Commissioned by the Ministere de l’Education ed de l’Enseignment superieur du Quebec (MEES) – the body that funds the program. The program has a component which students of all countries are eligible for and also components which is reserved for students from six countries namely – China, Brazil, Israel, India, Wallonia and Mexico.
